Braised Garoupa Belly
Ingredients:
Garoupa belly slices 12 taels
One inch length Green onions 2 taels
Ginger 1 tael
Garlic 4 cloves
Method:

Marinade the garoupa belly slices with salt, sugar and chicken bouillon
powder.
- Sprinkle corn starch over the garoupa belly slices and deep fry
them.
- Heat the wok and stir-fry the ginger slices and garlic until golden
brown. Then stir in the green onions and garoupa.
- Add broth, season to taste and simmer for 1 minute.

Sauteed Mixed Vegetables with Ginkgoes on Rice Paper Nest
Ingredients:
Baby asparagus 3 taels
Ginkgoes 1 tael
Fresh water lily bulb 1 tael
Ling-chi mushrooms 2 taels
Red chilies 1 tael
Rice paper nest 1 piece
Method:
-
Bake rice paper nest in oven until it turns golden brown.
- Simmer ginkgoes, water lily bulb and ling-chi mushrooms in broth.
- Heat the wok and saute the asparagus and red chilies. Then add in
ginkgoes, water lily bulb and ling-chi mushrooms and stir-fry in high
heat.
- Finally stir in cornstarch, seasoning solution and sesame oil.
5 Place the ingredients next to the rice paper nest to serve
