Food Court was opened in 2001 on Nathan Road in Mongkok, Hong Kong.
The Food Court serves fast food and hosted two specialty restaurants:
the Kuramoto Japanese Restaurant which serves Japanese cuisines and
the Harmony Bistro which serves Chinese dishes covering not only Southern
but also Northern Chinese specialties. In May 2002, the Marina Restaurant,
which serves western cuisines was added to the food court and in February
2003, the Viethai Restaurant which serves Vietnamese and Thai food
came into operation in the same premises. |

The Company did a major overhaul of the Lei Garden
Food Court. It was renamed the “Lei Gourmet”. The Fast
Food section ceased operation. The existing four specialty restaurants
remained and a Lei Garden Chinese Restaurant and a Sugar Daddy Confectioner
was added. A brand new concept “the Gourmet Internet”
was introduced whereby the six food outlets are linked up with one
computerized Point of Sales system such that a customer who patronizes
one of the specialty restaurants can sit down, relax and order food
from any one of the outlets and enjoy the widest latitude of choices
available. |
| |
| 2004 |
The Company is venturing into yet another new
attempt. A food factory is being planned to not only supply semi processed
